Jeff's Bio

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Akron, Jeff Ruby began his career as a commercial account executive for an Ohio-based heating and cooling company. 
 
Jeff moved from sales success into a key role managing national account sales for a lighting management company where his efforts directly related to an increase in sales revenue of over 800% in four years. 
 
In 2000 Jeff founded The Ruby Group Incorporated, an affiliate of Sandler Sales Institute, in Northern Ohio. His firm specialized in developing highly effective sales teams for small and medium-sized companies in a variety of markets. His services included executive coaching to business owners and surrogate sales management for sales forces. In 2005 after building The Ruby Group into an extremely successful franchise for the Sandler Sales Institute, Jeff sold the business.
 
In 2006 Jeff and his family went in search of sunshine. They relocated to Tampa Florida as a Partner in Sandler Sales Institute of Tampa and moved later in 2007 into his current role with M.E. Wilson. Jeff specializes in providing top-notch innovative and effective benefits, sales, management, and non-traditional business training to hundreds of businesses throughout the United States. Jeff’s methodologies can be applied to virtually any industry or product and can make the difference between struggling to stay afloat and really moving a career forward and achieving life goals.

Jeff and his his wife Traci have two daughters and a new Golden Retriever, Buckeye. The Rubys are faithful members of Van Dyke United Methodist.
